Equipment Guide

 

Required Equipment:

  • Helmet with face shield (both CSA approved)

  • Chest/Shoulder pads

  • Back/Kidney belt

  • Gloves (hockey gloves are okay, however lacrosse gloves are preferred)

  • Athletic support (boys must wear a “Jock” with plastic cup and girls must wear a “Jill”)

  • Arm/Elbow pads 

  • Lacrosse stick

  • Knee pads (recommended)

  • Mouth guard (required for U9 and up)

***Please note that BLACK shorts are mandatory.  You are able to purchase black shorts from Leduc Lacrosse, otherwise any black shorts will do.****
