Q: What is the mailing address for Leduc Crush?

Q: How to register?
A: Registration can only be done online, there is no paper registration available. See registration page on the website.
Q: When does the season usually start?
A: The Season usually starts in the middle of April to middle of June. Playoffs start the third week in June and provincials will run the first two weeks in July.
Q: When are the games and practices, are they on weekends?
A: The practices are one night during the week and games are usually one other night during the week too. Very seldom are there games on the weekends. We won't know exactly what night each division will play and practice until we are closer to the season start date.
Q: Where are games played?
A: Home games are played at the Alex or the LRC Co-op field house. Away games are played in the Edmonton & area. Sherwood Park, Ft. Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, many arenas in Edmonton. Games are all played indoors in arenas or sport centres.
Q: How many tournaments will we play in?
A: The number of tournaments you will participate in will be up to the coaching staff and the parents. But generally you will be in at least one tournament.
Q: Are there Girl only teams?
A: Leduc does not have girl only teams. Beaumont has girl only teams available, see website for Beaumont contact information. Girls can play in Leduc with the boys in all of our divisions.
Q: Is there fundraising?
A: We do not have set programs for fundraising. However, we do have a Volunteer Opportunity Policy. For further information on this, please see our Volunteer Opportunity tab.
Q: Equipment required?
A: You can use hockey equipment for the most part. Extras you will need is a kidney belt, arm guards, knee pads, lacrosse stick, a pair of running shoes with good foot support. See the equipment page on website for photos of equipment.
Q: Are there Evaluations?
A: Yes there are evaluations for Tyke to Midget. Leduc does not have an A or Rep team. So we evaluate all the kids to make sure the teams are evenly matched for the B or C divisions.
Q: My child has never played before will he/she be out of place?
A: If your child can run he/she will be fine. The kids pick up the game very fast. Hitting doesn't start until peewee level.
